The Sakura flower is a popular festival in Japan, but in 2016 it was called off due to drought.
But for some, it was a way to celebrate a time when Japanese people began to get accustomed to flowers.
“I want to bring flowers, but also, I’m going to have fun,” said Kazuyuki Yamada, 29, as he filled a plastic bottle with water, flowers, and Japanese sweets to bring to his home in Fukuoka, about 30 miles (48km) west of Tokyo.
The daffosses are an annual festival, with a big celebration at the beginning of the year, and a smaller one in the middle.
“People are really enjoying it now,” Yamada said.
“It’s really good.”
The dandelion festival has taken place for more than 20 years, and the dandelions are an important part of Japanese culture.
But there are more than 30 types of daffods, which are each named for a flower, such as Sakura.
The Japanese word for daffo is 双り.
It’s also used for some other types of flowers, including daffan and daisy.
The festival is held on April 8, the day after flowers bloom.
Some Japanese say it’s a good time to drink, but others say it should be avoided at all costs.
The festival started as a way for Japanese people to show their appreciation for the dafodils and to show off their flowers.
But some people have said the dank smell makes them want to throw up.
There are many daffoe festivals throughout the world, and in many cases they are organized by local governments, but this year, it seems like it will be the Japanese government that has a hand in organising it.
The government is trying to attract foreign investors and companies to invest in the country.
The tourism ministry says that if the festival is canceled, it could have a negative impact on the economy.
“The festival is one of the key aspects of our national image,” Yoshimasa Fujii, a tourism minister, told a news conference.
“We hope it can be revitalized.”

In Fukuokawa, people were wearing pink daffodic cups as part of the festival.
